1. Returns You may return any unused and unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

- Clearance or sale items

4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Contact@tibranogolsarek.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect or damage.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, TIBRANO GOLSAREK LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
